At Mackintosh Official, we stand by the craftsmanship of our outerwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the protective dust bag and all authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
